Excellent location and staff. Minor quibbles: In-room (menu-based) TV system is erratic and a bit out-of-date. In-room radio/speaker out-of-date (old ipod connector) and bluetooth connection did not work.

The Hotel Itself is everything you expect plus. Location was perfect for our planned outings as well as the in prompt to excursions. That said, far and above all, the Hotel Staff was absolutely incredible, helpful, customer service centric, and accommodating.

We had the best stay at the Sofitel Hotel London! The hotel was beautiful and located in the best area in London. We were able to walk to most of our shopping and sightseeing. The staff went beyond in making sure our stay was perfect! We can't wait to come back and stay here again soon!

We have stayed here many times and love it. We keep coming back as the staff are great and the hotel is great. This is better than most Sofitels.
