Room is clean and convenient location.

The room was quite small the position of the toilet was awkward and it definitely wouldn’t suit large people, there was very little storage and one long shelf was too high to be used,there was no room for a seat or even a small table/desk ,we both would have preferred normal coffee rather than the pod machine, the coffee was too strong and bitter, the choice of tea bags was very poor,not everyone wants that type of tea, there was not much sugar to be had, no instructions for the coffee machine and it was in a awkward position with not much light to see on the shelf where the coffee machine was placed. I don’t normally comment on this kind of stuff, but I would definitely not recommend this hotel, I expected a lot more for the price. Also the kitchen/bar advertised a Friday night dinner special,but when we arrived there it was closed for a special function,which we were not informed beforehand,a hotel such as this one should have a separate function area so paying guests can use the kitchen/bar area at there convenience. I would give a rating of 4 out of 10. Quite disappointing for my wife’s 87th birthday.

New hotel in a great location near the Quay. Easy walking distance to everything. Rooms a fair size but upgrade to the best room you can if you want more room.
