The rooms are spacious but the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment it’s in an ideal location from The pier but the pool area lift and dining areas, reception and rooms are tired I would not stay here again

We stayed on the third floor which has great views and easy access to the infinity edge pool, which was a highlight of our stay on the island. However, the hotel condition is rough and quite dated. It needs a lot of work to be worth the nightly rate, in our opinion. We were particularly thrown by staff that would regularly spit on the pathways, and even shake out their dandruff on the counter top right next to guests. To end on a positive, we would add that the location is great! Far enough for minimal sound from the bars, but a short walk away.

Room and the staff I talked to were amazing. But every morning at 7 AM, the cleaning staff would come banging on the doors wanting to clean the room. Everything else was excellent but I was nearly ready burst being woken up 3 days in a row while on vacation

Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi. This is a certified Thailand SHA Plus property. Thailand SHA Plus is a health and safety certification (an additional level to the SHA standard), for properties that are open to vaccinated travelers and have at least 70% of staff vaccinated, issued by the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration.
