Location is tip top. It is just a traffic light away fm Shandao Temple MRT exit 6. There are 3 7-11s, a Family Mart, a well stocked supermarket & a McD within 10mins walk ard the hotel. Top convenience without the crowd like in TP main station or XMT. Staff always greet us with a smile & helpful. BF is decent & it is sweet touch to have snacks & beverages in the lounge until 11pm. Room is clean & spacious. Bedding is on the medium hard side which is not to our liking. An addt'l topper may help? Overall 9/10.

This is a cosy hotel that is great for business travellers or tourists who just want a comfortable, clean and well-maintained hotel to stay. The buffet breakfast is adequate, with a mix of Western and asian food. Starbucks and a convenience store are also downstairs next to the hotel. They have a very well-equipped laundry room with dryers as well for emergency washes. Been staying there for many years already for my business trips, and I will return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help whenever needed. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the experience truly memorable. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent breakfast service. During breakfast one morning, I mentioned to the chef that there was a particular dish I had enjoyed very much during a previous stay. To my surprise, the chef personally prepared that dish for me the very next day. Even more impressive, he remembered the date of my checkout and made sure the dish appeared again at breakfast on the morning before I left. I was deeply touched by the level of care, respect, and personalized attention they showed their guests. These thoughtful surprises and the warm hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Great Location for train. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. This is the second time we've been here and would happily stay here again if we visit Taipei again.
