Loved this place, peaceful, relaxing, the staff was out of this world, supernuce, breakfast, lunch and dinner, the villa was beautiful and beautifully decorated.

Wonderful stay at Gending Kedis. 3 bed villa was huge with a fantastic pool and the biggest bath we have ever seen. The grounds were beautiful. Although it was fully booked, it never felt too busy in the restaurant or main pool. Staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly. My daughter has a food allergy and the waiting staff and chefs were good about this. Good breakfast and lunch/dinner choices. Easy to get taxis. Loved our pool and the relaxing area by it. Due to heavy traffic in Bali, it still takes at least 30 mins by taxi to Nusa Dua or Dreamland beach but taxis are not expensive and really enjoyed being in the villa with a restaurant on hand for meals in the villa or restaurant. The master bedroom is upstairs next to the main lounge, 2 other bedrooms are downstairs. We felt more comfortable with our teenage girls sleeping in the main bedroom inside but it took time locking the villa up/ turning individual lights off as could only lock the staircase door from one side. Would be better to have wall switches that could turn on/off all lamps in a room and a lock on the staircase door that could be used both sides but not too much of a problem. Furniture is traditional and a little tired in places, outdoor kitchen was open to the environment so did get visits from bats ( which wasn't a problem and made it fun but the food was great in the restaurant so never cooked. Massage was very nice here, never used the gym. We loved this villa hotel and would love to return here.

Gorgeous spot! The grounds are well-maintained. The staff was fabulous. The villa we stayed in was a bit tired, with warped floors in the kitchen and paint pealing in a few spots.

Luxurious accommodation. Clean and comfortable rooms and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Our 3 bedroom villa was spacious & a perfect base for our family, with the pool and outdoor lounges a highlight. The rooms are a little musty and rundown - but still great value. The restaurant food was not a highlight. Staff are lovely and very helpful and attentive.

This place is probably the best place I’ve ever stayed and great value for money. The villa was huge with a lovely, secluded pool overlooking the forest. The service from all staff was incredible and the food was also great. I would 100% recommend this place.

The grounds were pretty and well-kept. The house-keeping was regular and restocked everything, also responded to all requests, like spraying for mosquitos and fixing the air conditioner. The bathrooms were outdoors, which made it hot and vulnerable to bug bites. We also saw various animals like geckos and frogs, which were harmless. I didn’t like the toilets: they had a funny smell and they were also outside, so it was hot and sticky. I also didn’t like the floors of the bathroom; they seemed dirty to me. The property provided house slippers and I wore these everywhere. The villa could use some updating, otherwise it was clean enough, but could be cleaner if you look closely. I did kill a medium-sized roach one evening. Consequently, I put all food, even dry food, in the refrigerator. They provide you with a water cooler, which was nice; it dispensed hot and cold water. The mattresses, pillows and comforters were very comfortable. The air conditioners worked like a charm. We kept it at 22 degrees Celsius all day long. We didn’t really take advantage of the pool; as hot as it was, the water was a little too cold. Breakfast was included in the stay. That was the only meal we consistently ate at the property. The staff were lovely! They were the best part of our stay. They property owns its own cars so they can arrange for airport transfers at a lower cost. The spa was amazing! I went daily. Can’t beat 25USD 60 min massages! They were always very accommodating.

First of all this property is not accessible. Going to n coming from villa was 70 steps n going to restaurant for food was another 20 steps. Which was not mentioned anywhere in booking description. My husband had sore knee and was very difficult for him. Next thing it says villa with garden view, expect villa with jungle view where you hear lots of creepy sounds at night. Not just that there were lots of bugs, worms and lizards in villa. Lizards were up at dining table, rooms and everywhere. Wild frog was stuck up at kids shower. It was horrible for kids. And lightning was so poor n dim. It looks good in pictures but no way near. The odour was so bad in shower and toilet areas like there was open gutter somewhere. You could easily faint with smell. I find it horrible staying two nights. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.

Villa condition very poor. We have 2 family & booked a 4 brm villa. When check in, rooms was very hot like sauna as facing west sun (sunset). Requested for addnl fan, switched on aircon expecting room to be cool when we return from dinner but room was still hot. In addnl, found out that the toilet flush system was not working properly as water keep on flowing out. Called maintenance but after half an hour they left saying that it is ok but within mins of the staff leaving, water again started flowing but it was already midnight and were too tired to call them again. Could not sleep the whole night as can hear water flowing and the fan was noisy. Next day informed staff to rectify these problems & aircon was slightly better. Tap in bathroom was tight and needed strength to turn, bathtub cracked all over. Wooden floor planks in front of room broken/cracked. Only plus point is the big living room and size of villas otherwise it's not worth the value paid. Kitchen sink in living room black and old. On 2nd day, found numerous insects on the sofa chair. Seriously need substantial upgrade/renovation as villa very old, not pictures in website when making booking does not justify.

An absolute slice of heaven away from the busy hussle and bussle. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful and always a smile on their face, resturant on site with great brekfast options and the villa and the private pool was the highlight!!! Stunningg room with amazing views of the green tropical plants and the pool is just perfect. I would stay here with my family again if i came back to Bali. Thanks guys you were amazing
