Great room, staff and location. If you are gonna stay in Macau you might as well stay on the Cotai strip. It's like going to Vegas and not staying on the Vegas strip.... Why do that.

The floor and room was nonsmoking but immediately when we walked into the room the smell of smoke permeated throughout the living room and bathrooms. The housekeeping who turn over the room should notice this advising the property so that this room is ventilated & cleaned and not given to another guest. For that reason I gave just average rating for property cleanliness.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Grand Hyatt Macau. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere especially on the decorating of my anniversaries. A special shout-out to Katrina, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. She was warm, attentive, and very professional. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help truly made my experience memorable. Staff like Katrina are the reason I will definitely return and recommend Grand Hyatt Macau to others. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Macau, and especially Katrina, for the great hospitality
