I enjoyed my stay overall, but the room maintenance was disappointing. It would be helpful if guests were informed at check-in that room cleaning must be requested one day in advance. Once I learned this, I emailed my request, but the room was never cleaned. During my stay, I had to request basic items such as toilet paper, soap, and clean towels. The toilet was also clogged from the first day and was never properly addressed. Since housekeeping never came, I was instructed to leave my trash outside the room, which made the experience feel more like self-service than a stay at a four-star hotel. In addition, the pillow shams had a musty, damp smell. I requested replacements, but they were never provided. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was especially appreciated during the warm summer days. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, which I truly appreciated. One suggestion for improvement would be to install blackout curtains. During the summer, the sun rises very early and doesn't set until after 10:00 p.m., so darker curtains would make the rooms much more comfortable for sleeping.

Good location easy access to a lot of transportation and sightseeings

The hotel is well maintained and centrally located. The rooms are spacious. However, the furniture is extremely minimalist. Extremely small “night stand” and “desk”. However, I would definitely stay at this hotel if I return to Copenhagen

I was offered and upgrade for a fee which I accepted, but they dind't actually have a superior room spare so I was just given a slightly larger room with a third bed which took up a lot of room. Also, the aircon was pumpimg out warm air and despite two complaints, it was only working again on the last night. I asked for a refund of the upgrade fee which I was promised although on check-out they had still charged the full amount. The check-out staff promised to take this up again, but we shall see if it happens. Lastly, there was no frìdge in the room which I would expect of an hotel charging what they charge! And which was sorely missed during a rare Danish heatwave.

Good location near the Central Station. Room was comfortable and hotel was overall good. The housekeeping cleaning of the bathroom wasn’t done well, which was the one issue during the stay.

Friendly staff and a good breakfast, but very basic and tired, and not even a bottle of water in the room.

Well located. We had a family room which was spacious for our family. The elevators are tiny like many European hotels. Overall this hotel met our needs and we were pleased with our experience.

Conveniently located, reasonably sized double rooms, and decent amenities. Staff were friendly. Right across the street from the Vesterbro metro stop and 5 minutes walk from København H.

Great location just a short walk from Central station to hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection.
