Reasonable and very clean. Location not too far from the haram- with shuttle buses constantly going there and back to the hotel.

The hotel is great, very quite background. The buses run 24/7 every 10 mins. The only thing to look out is sometimes it drops you quite far due to temporary pathway restrictions

The hotel is suitable for those looking for a budget-friendly option, but there are several areas that need improvement. The décor feels dated, and the rooms are quite dark with an overall dingy atmosphere. The bathrooms are old and showed signs of mould, which was disappointing. There was also only one working UK plug socket in the room, which proved inconvenient. The shuttle service to Al Haram Mosque is direct, which is helpful; however, it’s around a 10-15 minute walk from the bus drop-off point to the mosque itself. After Isha, be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for a bus due to demand, although the journey back to the hotel is only about 6 minutes. On a positive note, the hotel staff were generally friendly and welcoming. The food was average but acceptable for a hotel in this price range. Overall, it’s a reasonable option if you are prioritising cost over comfort and modern facilities.

EVERY THING WAS EXCELLENT FROM ROOMS TO RESTAURENT AND HOUSE-KEEPING. TO TOP IT UP, THE SHUTTLE SERVICE WAS AMAZING.
