Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was balanced. Restaurants are within walking distance. Subway is a few blocks away Our room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast offered was balanced and nutritious. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the subway station is just a few blocks away.

Room had some maintenance issues, but they were mostly resolved. The TV came on, but remote would not work. We called maintenance and they came by. The remote worked, but we had to reboot (unplug and replug) the TV. We had to do that the next day too. The A/C was either too warm or too cold. We had a hard time getting it to a happy medium. Not sure why, but we fooled with it the 3 days we were there. Also, the elevators seemed to be slower than normal. Other than the maintenance issues, breakfast was good. Location was good for what we were doing. Front desk staff were all excellent.

This was a great stay for a sightseeing trip. It’s close to the subway, the staff was super kind and helpful and the room was very spacious which is a find in NYC for the price!
