The inside was nice and clean, however outside it could be better, the outside of the windows were dirty and dusty, and the planters outside had death dry plants and flowers !

The staff was incredible. We got to the property and realized we had accidentally booked for next year and didn’t have a reservation oops and the person at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She got us a great room right away and was extremely kind. It would’ve been such a stressful situation had it not been for the amazing hospitality from the Citadine staff. We loved our stay there as the room was in the perfect location and extremely spacious, clean and newly renovated. We stayed during a major heat wave and were very grateful for the air conditioning in the room. Proximity to the main train station was a major plus so we can easily go to our next city after our stay. The food in the area was incredible and there’s a massive food hall across the street. Overall glad we made that accidental reservation for next year because we will surely be back!

I was so disappointed with the property especially given the rate. The property is undergoing a refurb, had furniture and cables everywhere in the foyer, they were also painting and had a temporary check in desk. One lift wasn’t working, the door to our room got stuck each time and was very hard to open, the rooms themselves weren’t great - one big disappointment and certainly not worth the price! In addition on arrival we were told they were over booked and were looking to send us to a sister property! Wouldn’t stay here again it recommend it.

It is not clear about the parking. The way you mention parking available let’s suppose the parking is included.

Hotel had major construction, noise; dust... a horrible experience

Todo muy limpio, todo el hotel renovado, amabilidad, Cerca del centro, del Mall, estacion del tren. 100% recomendado.

Excellent staff, very convenient coffee/hot drinks in lobby. Great location for walking, right by Halle’s Paul Bocuse , spacious and comfy

Hotel is old. But they are in the process of refurbishment. Samia has been helpful and so are the other staff.
