Hotel is good. Room is very spacious and our view is very good. Bathroom has all The basic bath amenities. Only downside is the sewerage smell from the toilet. The hotel Chinese restaurant, Tho Lee, is excellent. They serve all you can eat dim sum for lunch fantastic.

Excellent accomodation, clean, tidy, good amenities and quite comfortable. Bathroom just a bit snug but otherwise very good. Excellent range to choose from for breakfast and had a choice of almost real coffee (automatice machine not barista) but best breakfast coffee yet in Japan.

Absolutely wonderful experience inside the hotel. Very new and clean rooms with excellent views. Terrific breakfast. The hotel’s only small downside is that it is slightly isolated - very convenient to the convention center next door, but not much else. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Niigata.

佐渡汽船を朝早くに利用することもあって、こちらに宿泊しました。新潟駅からは少し離れますが、佐渡島への移動には港が近いのでとても便利でした。

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little dated, but the facilities are well maintained, the breakfast buffet is full of tasty local delicacies, the staff was amazing and the location is very convenient. I will stay here again.

Great modern hotel on the bay! Great access to the Sado island ferry! The ferry terminal connects directly to the hotel through the convention center. There is a cafe below and a convienence store they open around 8 or 9. Also Chinese food. It’s a ways away from the main center so I don’t know how convienient it is from the train station but there is a bus 230 yen. Rooms are clean and they even upgraded us to the river view and you can see a gorgeous sunset over Sado Island. Also great if you are taking ferry to Hokkaido as the taxi station is right below.
