Awful stay — avoid this property. After staying at many accommodations in Bangkok, this was easily one of my worst experiences. The room we booked was in such poor condition that we had to be moved. The replacement room was hardly better and had no hot water. The property was visibly neglected and nowhere near the standard advertised. The most disturbing part was the host, Shampoo. She repeatedly made inappropriate comments about my girlfriend’s body, touched her without consent, and opened our door several times without knocking. This was invasive, unprofessional, and made us feel unsafe in a place where we should have had privacy. We eventually had to confront her about it. We stayed only because the location was convenient for a business meeting. Otherwise, we would have left immediately. Checkout was another disaster. A dispute over a late-checkout fee and an additional night’s charge escalated until the police became involved, and we ended up paying money under circumstances we had not agreed to. This property combines poor maintenance, no hot water, serious privacy concerns, inappropriate conduct, and a chaotic checkout process. Bangkok has countless better options, often at similar or lower prices. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I would never stay here again.
