Our room was quite large and clean. The lobby area and breakfast area were not so clean. The breakfast is mediocre. Some of the things in our room were not stocked. But none of these things would prevent me from staying there again. I could tell they were short-staffed, as is everyone. The guy working the desk seemed to be manning the breakfast area as well and did not have time to wipe tables, etc.

The hotel was convenient to Oscoda. We were visiting family in the area. The bed was uncomfortable. The king size bed had 3 pillows, and we needed a 4th. The pillow we got from the front desk was without a pillowcase and had stains on it. I used a tshirt as a pillowcase.

The breakfast was poor. Egg patties were almost gone and no sausages. The bread choices included about 4 each English muffins and bagels and 3 little dried out baby muffins. The only thing plentiful and fresh was the yogurt cups

Our suite was very spacious. The hotel is right on the river. They had a reserved space for guests with two gazebos and a charcoal grill right along the river edge that was nice to use.

-A/C made a weird, horrendous noise all night.
-Included breakfast was lacking, wouldn't count on it.
-Property def. needed a good cleaning, seems rather run down
-No working fan/heat lamp/ventilation in the bathroom - it was all mildewy & moldy in there.
-Property windows didn't seem particularly secure; didn't feel confidently safe on the ground level

The breakfast was very poor. Fake eggs, sausages the size of a quarter. Coffee was weak, and very small flimsy coffee cups. No elevator. The room was very clean as was bedding. The refrigerator was set way too high and froze my food and drinks that were stored. No rear access to the gazebo’s on the River. Price was cheap, so I guess that’s what you get. The staff was pleasant
