Highly recommend Champlung Sari Hotel and Spa Ubud to other travellers. A conveniently located hotel within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and local supermarkets. Fantastic offerings available at the daily breakfast buffet, beautiful clean pools, and very helpful and friendly staff. I particulary appreciated great service from Dharma, and Adi - who organised a North Ubud tour for me with a wonderful driver. I found the hotel quiet despite it being centrally located. If you are afraid of monkeys this one might not be the best choice for you as it is located right beside the Monkey Forest Sanctuary, and is frequently visited by neighbouring monkeys. I personally found this added to the experience. Thank you Champlung Sari Hotel and Spa for an unforgettable time in Ubud.

Hotel was very close to center plane many restaurants and shops . Staff was very friendly

Great location walking distance to Sacred Monkey Forest, Ubad Palace, shops, cafe’s, restaurants. I really love the ambience of the Hotel. It has the is Indiana Jones vibe. Two pools. There are monkeys around which ads to the overall experience IMO.

We booked a longtime in advance & booked 4 rooms at peak rates but still had the rooms at the very back of the hotel so was a long walk to reception & lots of stairs. The hotel rooms are very dated, the bathrooms were dirty, lighting was bad, some lights not working or flickering, aircon was musty. Was pretty disappointed overall & would not stay here again.

We had such a great stay at the champlung sari hotel! We came with a large family group and had 4 rooms. The hotel itself is nothing fancy, but it's kept spotlessly clean and the rooms are very spacious, aircon is cool and fridges are cold. The breakfast buffet and restaurant food is great with very reasonable pricing also. The only disclaimer I would put here is that you have to be ok with the monkeys wandering freely and occasionally causing mischief i.e stealing your bag of chips haha. We personally loved the monkeys antics and it provided amusement for the kids. The stand out thing about this hotel though is all of the staff and the friendliness and hospitality they have for the guests. Really lovely people with a family vibe. We will 100% return!

The place and staff, services are excellent. Room facilities need to update! Hotel driver Dewua is very kind and trustful! Averaged, excellent!!!
