10/10 staff were friendly & helpful! The location was super convenient, station & Namba Walk were 2 mins away. Rooms were very clean & tidy, a decent size for 2 people. We liked the free breakfast everyday and being able to store our luggage. Will definitely be back.

The hotel provided free breakfast for guests to heat up. Had a variety of selections to choose from! The bathroom was spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at. I would recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent experience at the Osaka hotel—I loved it! The hotel is super clean, and the staff are basically pure intelligence. You don’t interact with people directly, yet everything runs smoothly. The room was kind of small, but mine had two beds and a comfortable layout—it wasn’t huge, but it worked well. Everything was very clean, and you have lots of shops nearby. Best of all, Dotonbori is also close!

Exceeded our expectations for as a budget conscience hotel option. Extraordinarily clean and quiet. While it’s away from the main tourist area the walk is easy. Would recommend this hotel for your stay.

Room too small to occupy two persons with 2 large luggage, have to pack on the beds! Location is a bit hidden, not easy to locate, with no coffee served, and no convenient stores and restaurants nearby

This place is near to kuromon market and dotonbori. Easy access to japanese food but a bit expensive in this area. Easy to walk to local tour meeting point.Breakfast is frozen frozen. You need to place the food in microwave.
