Central to our needs, Reception desk is manned, access is by Door numerical Lock. The Only thing you need to remember really.

What a bargain! Great hotel at the price, and all staff weee very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Would recommend as location was excellent, with very little noise meaning a great sleep despite being centrally located.

We had an excellent stay from when we first arrived, to when we checked out. We had extremely hot weather during our stay, and unfortunately we were only issued with a floor standing fan which just blew the hot air around. Moving forward with extreme heat waves, maybe install air conditioning in each of the rooms. Would be a lot more comfortable for the guests. However, we will definately be returning for another stay in the not so distant future.

The property is advertised as having Air Conditioning…according to the receptionist this hasn’t worked in months and is going to cost £75,000 to get fixed!!! Instead our attic room was equipped with fans. At least we had those, we met a chap who’s room didn’t have a fan and the receptionist informed him that they didn’t have any spare so we gave him one of ours as without them it would have been unbearable during the heatwave!
We booked the superior room with balcony, the balcony was shabby, cigarette butts and rubble all over and the furniture didn’t have any cushions on making them too uncomfortable to sit on.
The bed was comfy thankfully and shower was decent and powerful.
Distinctly average stay! Won’t stay here again.

Excellent location and quite a nice building. Rooms nice and very spacious, bathroom had a bath and a separate shower. Downside we had was air con/fan didn’t work (windows didn’t open), and the tv seemed an app only (no bbc, itv etc…) but wasn’t connected to a WiFi so pretty much useless. We found a really dirty T-shirt in the cupboard so cleaning wasn’t that thorough. Great place if you just want a base or just to sleep but not if you are spending any considerable time in the room. Would consider going back but maybe look at somewhere with a 24 hour reception so that the issues we had could have been resolved.

Although we didn't stay in this property they moved us to the aparthotel in seel street. It was a good location very spacious and had all we needed for a 4 night trip.
