Bra The shower was clogged and there was no shower gel or shampoo in the shower. The room was clean and sheet smelled nice. Checking instructions arrived late.

Under gjennomsnittet The instructions to get access to the building were not clear. Would have been stuck outside if it wasn't for another tennant entering the building as well. The sheets looked dirty. I had to buy sheets from a nearby store. The bathroom faucet was broken and had to be handled with care to avoid making it worse. The broken part was secured with tape. The elevator was very old and made a loud noise when it didn't close properly.

The property was difficult to find, and complicated to enter with several codes to be entered to gain access. There were no staff available onsite. The room was very basic and poorly furnished. I could have had much nicer accommodations at a comparable price had I known what this budget accommodation was really like. Never again would I choose this facility.

This place started wrong from day 1 the AC shutdown @ 4am I ask to be check since room is super hot we came back was working ok not great then a day later same thing happen call text this guys Pedro no respond that day was hot he left us w/o Ac for a whole day didn’t call to apologize or try to make it better horrible place to stay the sheets and pillows r not clean the bathroom is meh ok gets flooded def won’t recommend anybody to stay here horrible hostess

Do not come here hostess is horrible the AC was not working call him text him no answer room is super hot when we got here was already issues with the ac gets shut off @ 5am and doesn’t turn on @ all Pedro is a horrible hostess there was no solution to our problem smh

It is criminal to pay any more than 30€ a night here. The place is not maintained at all. There is mold all over the bathrooms. I couldn't look in any one place in my room for too long without getting uncomfortable about the germs. I felt unclean after staying here.
I do not recommend this place.

Les couvertures de lit étaient tachées, des poils d’homme dans la salle de bain, miroir et vitre de douche pas lavés, les serviettes tachées et même une de déchiré. Il y avait que 2 serviettes et une à main. Que nous avons dû utiliser pour tapis de douche. Nous avons été absentés toute la journée et à notre retour y avait plein d’eau sur le plancher de la salle de bain, le tapis de douche était tout trempé nous avons dû garder nos sandales qui faisait en sorte que tout le plancher était sale. Avec de la propreté ce serait tres bien comme endroit car l’emplacement avec le métro devant la porte est intéressant et 2 très bons restaurant à moins de 100 mètres Fogo et Provincial 👌

We got in late at night and the room was not very clean. Stains on beds sheets and towels were old and had a hole. My partner and I ended up getting several bites overnight during our stay and it was very likely bed bugs from the patten of the bites. We also took pictures of our bites for evidence. I would not recommend staying at this place because it’s very unhygienic and public health concerns with bed bugs. We will open dispute with this hotel or Expedia for a refund for our stay.
