The staff was helpful. The room was nice. It was facing a busy street and they said they could move me after one night if I found it noisy, but I didn't find the noise was a problem. The location was good, with stores and restaurants in the area. The entrance to the part where I stayed was separate from the main entrance to the hotel, but I didn't have any problems. Thessaloniki seems to be a fairly safe city. Colors Hotel was centrally located and a good choice.

Without a doubt the staff was my favorite part of my stay at Colors. The hotel is small and in an older building with great unique old world touches like the elevator and the room windows. Everything was kept in mint condition and spotlessly clean. Zoe and Chris at the desk were warm and friendly and didn't hesitate to meet all of my requests and answer all of my questions. I would recommend Colors Urban to anyone planning to visit the idyllic city of Thessaloniki and would definitely stay there on my return.

This hotel was perfect for us! The location was right near the port, near great restaurants, lots of shopping and walking distance to so many sights! The staff was exceedingly helpful, the room comfortable and quiet, the Garden Cafe onsite very convenient and affordable for breakfast. We dropped off our car at the car rental before arriving so parking was not an issue for us. Definitely recommend Colors Urban Hotel for those in Thessaloniki.

The door of tbe fridge was not closing properly,I prepared a cup of tea on the first day and on tbe 5th day was still there altough I immediately notify the staff at the reception. Also the door of the shower was too long and evrytime I was taking a shower the water went on the bathroom floor.

Nice location but a very basic room. There was some instant coffee in the room but they didn't replace it all five days I was there. The shower sprays all over the floor, if you use it, so I'd recommend using the hand-held wand. I've been in showers without doors before, but none that are this small such that the water sprays out onto the bathroom floor. Location is good, close to the boardwalk. Breakfast is good, but maybe not worth the 15euro. Better to find something around as there are plenty of restaurants around.
