Beautiful place, close to all attractions. Excellent Host.

Great location in the heart of Split’s Old Town. The owner is a very nice gentleman who was a wealth of information and at 4AM gave us a ride to the airport.

Property was not as advertised. Nice room, but not close to the beach, there is no beach and expect to walk all your luggage upstairs. It is in old town and nice enough, but there is no pool or beach nearby

This was a very nice place to stay! It is super central in the Palace area of Split. It is not a hotel but just a very cool room with a nice bathroom, so if you are looking for a hotel experience it is not for you. However the room was very nicely done and very comfortable and great amenities. The whole area is pretty noisy at night, but with the windows and shutters shut not as much. But earplugs are nice if you are light sleeper. Our host was very responsive and provided us transportation to the airport very early in the morning at a very reasonable cost.

We stayed two nights. The location was fantastic and easy to stop in as you’re running around Old town to drop things off or use a free WC. Room 2 is smaller than Room 1 and I noticed Room 1 has two nice chairs to sit in. We stayed in Room 2, which is at the back of the building and looks out into a tiny alleyway. Room 1 looks out into the street area but there are no cars in the palace so not a big deal. Can’t beat this location! The property manager (owner?) sent us a nice video before hand to explain how to get into the place and open the main door with the keypad. We also received several suggestions on where to eat, get coffee and go while in the city. The room was open for us when we arrived a little before official check in (which was appreciated!). We really enjoyed this room. It’s a great combination of modern amenities while still keeping older (historic) feel with the stone walls and is decorated well. Water get’s really hot and it has good pressure! The bed is a little more firm that I’d prefer but not terrible and we did have trouble with the AC unit’s remote not working consistently but nothing terrible enough to give less than 5 stars!

Wonderful Property, wonderful host, wonderful Split!

Falcon is great and his room is convenient and well-located. He is an entertaining chauffeur to the airport and his English is great. I will stay with him again.

A little oasis in the centre of the old town. Everything you need and just steps from all the sights of split old town and ferries to islands. Parking was well organised and went smoothly and the check in video and instructions worked perfectly

Right in the downtown area so shopping galore, right outside is one of the best restaurants in split. Very cool to stay within the castle walls.

Perfect location, right in the middle of the palace, steps from so much!
