This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. First time was top notch. This time…not so much. Air Conditioning didn’t work properly and struggled at getting the room to 25C. Which it never did. I did not complain to the front desk as it was tolerable. The breakfast buffet is definitely for Thai guests. Was not a fan of the breakfast options at all and not worth the additional costs…to me. Wife, who is Thai, loved it! I’m a westerner and don’t want typical Thai food for breakfast. She did happen to find out, strictly by observation, that you could order some eggs from the attendant on duty. They should probably have some type of signage to indicate as such. So, if you don’t mind staying down an alley way this is a great place to stay.

The room was clean and tended to daily and the staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was cute.

Central and easy to get around from. Staff were helpful. Only problem we had to get the toilet seen to 3 times. Over all very pleasant, clean, no fuss hotel.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting Bangkok. It was an excellent stay. The rooms weren’t huge but were great for us since we were in and out most of the time. All of the staff were friendly and went above and beyond. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great staff, breakfast, location, price

Staff attempted to change my room from a 2 bed to 1 bed. The audacity of them to not communicate this to me in advance was not acceptable. It was if I was pulling teeth in order for them to satisfy my reservation. Overall 2/5. I’m 100% sure there are better hotels and also in a better location.

Cute, stylish, clean, organized hotel that is close to BTS train and shopping centers.

Clean and modern room with comfy beds. Breakfast was tasty and lots of options that change daily. Kind and supportive staff. Great location, close to everything you need! Highly recommend.

Small but functional room - could have benefited from more storage ! Breakfast adequate. On a more positive, staff extremely pleasant & helpful & a great location for getting around. Can def recommend the Thai restaurant within the Jim Thompson complex. Excellent food & not overly expensive 😁
