We most highly recommend this small boutique hotel. It is located in the very heart of the beautiful Tbilisi. Our room was very clean and had everything one needs for the comfortable stay. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. All this would already justify 5 star review. However the most exceptional feature of this hotel is warmness and hospitality of the staff and, especially, Nino and Eya, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We have been traveling a lot both for work and for vacations and this hotel is unique in making us to feel that we stay with very good friends. Taking orders for specific food (buckwheat and waffles) the kids of the guests requested. Helping us to successfully locate the wallet left in one of the local restaurants. Serving full breakfast to feed us before early excursion. Nothing seemed to be too much to ask. Staying in Kazma we experienced the most wonderful Georgian hospitality and we will not forget it! Kahvalti cok yeterli, otel cok temiz, odalar gayet buyuk. Calisanlar cok guleryuzlu. Mukemmel bir deneyimdi.
