朝食､昼、夜飲める所が沢山あり色々な食事が楽しめた｡また駅から近く､非常に便利｡初日ホテルの場所がわからなかった時､スタッフ(すーさん)が難波駅前のマルイの前まで迎えに来てくれました｡にこやかに対応してくれて好印象でした｡大阪に来た時はまた利用したいです。
