Good location for peaceful rest and clean, but close enough for all the good stuff in town.

Gym is good, has a cable machine, free weights, benches, and cardio equipment. Breakfast was top tier for a free included meal. Pool area always stocked with towels and clean, even had some pool toys. The area is also great away from the craziness of pigeon forge so a nice place to relax after a busy day. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and well equipped. I'd absolutely stay again

This was a great hotel in a great location!! The store is steps away from the hotel. The breakfast is also the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!! I would definitely stay again.

Given how new this hotel is, you can tell it's being used for baseball team trips. The kitchens were missing most utensils, the closet lights would go on and off at all hours, dings and scratches in the paint. The fire doors on each room are extremely heavy and creaky, so you'd hear slamming all the time. Unfortunately, during our stay, staff called out and the front desk had to prep breakfast. Whole baseball teams of kids needed to eat before early games and everything needed to be restocked and the worker could not keep up. I felt bad for the staff given how full the hotel was but everyone was very nice we talked to on staff. The pool is nice and the BBQ grill area is perfect for feeding a group. The best part was the fishing pond next door and the river that ran behind the hotel - our kids got cheap poles and inner tubes and enjoyed those two "amenities" more than anything else in Pigeon Forge. There is also an excellent walking path that takes you to other activities in town. The Island entertainment district was only about 10 minutes away. Conveniently, a full grocery store is right next door. Overall hotel was fine but if I wasn't staying with a team for a tournament I wouldn't choose this location. I'm including a photo of fireworks over freedom park from our 5th floor balcony room. You can see the pool, walking path, and river access below.

Very nice hotel overall. Great spot for walking the trail to the Island and to the Old Mill. Would recommend if you’re looking for a non strip hotel in pigeon forge, but with the convenience of the being walkable to the strip.

Overall just a wonderful visit and stay :)
