The car park out front is tiny and open to shoppers so couldn't park without moving the outside tables to make space, check in took 30 mins and they asked to see my driving licience, never been asked that before in all the hotels I've stayed at, room was dirty and visable crumbs all over the floor, didn't mention it as when I booked I was told it was the last room available, didnt risk eating there so popped over to subway, 100% wont be going back there

Room was great.
Booking in was awful. All young staff, no management visible. Absolutely awful. Expected a bit of noise from pub. But sounded like being above a club. Drum and base beyond 12 midnight. Tea and coffee minimal.
Wouldn’t consider staying again.
Cleaner in the morning, absolutely delightful. Best member of staff for sure!

Lovely room with large bed and a high single bed. Single bed was on a slope so not great.
Biggest downside was the very loud music from downstairs which went on until after 11.
Other than that nice pub, would stay again.

Friendly young staff.
lovely room - clean, modern and spacious.
Comfy bed and plenty of hot water to soak in the bath or enjoy the powerful shower.

Great location. Good amenities in room - would be good to have a mini fridge though.
Bed was comfortable, pillows not as a comfy.
I was in room 1 which is facing the street and there was quite a lot of noise from cleaning vehicles at 6:30-7am. There was also pigeons on the front windowsill (there are spikes on the windowsill but not this spot) and they were cooing in the morning and throughout the day.
As I was in the corner room, the WiFi wasn't great. I could connect easily on my phone but not on my laptop so had to use my phone as a hotspot to work, not great when it was supposed to be 5G.
Overall a very pleasant stay, easy access to the room, great location, fantastic staff.
