Great hotel, the staff was very friendly including the waitstaff at the restaurant downstairs. However, just beware that there is a shelter across the street.

A delightful stay in Toronto. Walking distance to many great activities and amenities. Staff was very helpful in welcoming us to the hotel. We had happy hour in the restaurant prior to going out for the evening. The room was very well appointed and very quiet. Would love to come back many more times

We were truly wowed by this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, and the valet service was outstanding—fast, efficient, and always available when we needed it. The level of service really stood out. We had an issue with our TV, and a staff member had it fixed within five minutes, which was very impressive. The hotel and our room were exceptionally clean, modern, and felt brand new. Everything was well maintained and made for a very comfortable stay. The only minor downside was that the area surrounding the hotel felt a little unsafe, particularly later in the evening. However, this didn't take away from what was otherwise an excellent experience. We would definitely stay here again.
