Poor service room and building is dating

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel was clean. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this place!

No cleaning of room, no towels, still waiting invoice

I had written to the hotel that my plane will arive at 00.30 next deay of my booking and got confirmation, but when I arrived to the hotel at 02 am, they have sold my room to another person and sended me to another hotel, about 20 minutes by car, I had to pay the transportation to another hotel and the second hotel was much worse than the first, so next day I went back to the first hotel. The rooms is in a very bad condition, not like the picture, and its very dirty, a lot of garbage Infront of the other rooms, the rooms smell bad.
