Room was small but adequate, was clean with modern finish. Best thing was the location. It is located withing walking distance of the steamboat cruises and Fort William Henry and the downtown strip. Parking was free. You have to pay to park everywhere down town, even at the steamboat company.

TV in room did not work. People were standing by our door all night talking and drinking, laughing loud - we called the front desk and they refused to do anything. There is a dangerous spot in driveway where my wife feel and hurt her leg - no railing there as it should be. We want a refund.

Had good parking for Lake George. Rooms were somewhat modern. Definitely an older place on the lake downtown, but most are at Lake George.

Our room was rather small but the bed was very soft and comfortable. Also appreciated the soft pillow. The location is excellent. Everything within walking distance. Close to the Fort William Henry Museum, worth seeing.

There was plenty of parking space and the location was great as it was close to the Lake George attractions. The manager was nice and accommodating. However, the hotel stairs and passageways were dirty. My room had a towel that seemed to be dirty with dust stains and the soles of my socks were black after walking in them for about 1/2 hour. Unfortunately, smoking is permitted on the premises and the smell seeped into the room. Fridge, microwave and TV worked well.

The hotel was in walking distance to all the village attractions, shops, restaurants, and beach. The room was generally clean. The shower water pressure was strong; however, the bathroom faucet water pressure was low. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
