What can I say except WOW! Our group had an incredible vacation! The service was top notch. From Rulo, Gustavo, Patty and Kaleeb. And thank you to all the staff members. The food was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to plan another Trobbu vacation.

Beautiful villa but this is not an all inclusive resort in the least. The restaurant is only open on Saturday and Sundays (not even Sunday when we were there). Their coffee shop was also not open. The “spa” is a broom closet. The “private pool” is a very large hot tub. There is literally NOTHING else at the resort or close by. Furthermore, the hotel is not honest and lied about our checkout date. Not only disappointed in this hotel but disappointed that Expedia wouldn’t own up to deceptive advertising on their website.

If I could give 20 stars I would. Everything was truly amazing. The food, drinks, and food were great! This is be my forever vacation place when I visit Tulum.
