Exceptional stay, outstanding services We were blow away by the welcome that we received at this hotel. The staff, particularly Nguyên at the breakfast area went aboand beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel is spotless and the service is top noth. The breakfast spread was incredible delicious and diverse. I was impressed that Nguyên noticed my soy milk preference no sugar and she made sure it was available throughout my stay. That level of attention the detail is rare. What really stoot out was their flexibility. Check out was before noon. But they allowed us to leave our luggages, take a shower and relax until ourr 7pm flight. We are so impressed that we recommending that to everyone. Bravo to the Tean and especially Nguyên at breakfast area. Thanks Team

Very clean. Good amenities with the roof top pool, gym, etc. Breakfast was the best with good selection of continental and Asian food. Fresh tropical fruits. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

4.5+ is the proper rating, so not perfect but really good. The breakfast was great, the room was clean except for one hard to clean spot behind the sink that smelled odd at first. It is in a heavy touristy area and very convenient to the beach. You have to go out a bit before you see any Vietnamese on the streets or eating at restaurants. The facility is nice enough to stay here again but I’d personally like to try staying in a less touristy area next time.

The only good thing about this hotel was the room itself - good size and clean. Unpleasant experience with transport organised by hotel. Should have known it was a con when female concierge said to pay the driver instead of hotel. But I thought, it's through the hotel so it should be fine. When the driver arrived I checked the price to which he acknowledged with a mumble and nod. When we arrived at airport he short changed me. When I spoke to same female concierge she said I had I must have misheard the priced. We agreed to meet in the middle BUT driver still short changed me on the compromised priced. Any doubts about me being in the wrong disappeared when he short changed me the second time. Other cons - Hotel located in the middle of the tourist area right across from a bar that likes to play loud live music. Buffet breakfast was average. Had to ask for housekeeping after 2 days of no service despite putting sign up.

This hotel is cleaner and better than the previous so-called 5 stars hotel that I stayed for one night.

전반적으로 좋았습니다. 제가 묵은 19층은 샤워기의 수압이 약해서 불편했고 복도의 카펫에서 냄새가 나는 것 같았으며 수영장 풀사이드 바에 맥주를 시켰을 때 플라스틱잔을 주어서 기분이 나빴습니다. 호텔 객실에 발코니가 있어서 바다를 바라보기가 좋았고 도로변에 있어도 조용한 점, 객실 청소하시는 분들이 친절한 점도 장점이었습니다.

Gonsala is a great hotel and located right in the middle of the main part of Nha Trang, within easy 3-4 minute walk to the beach and lots of dining and shopping options.

It was a birthday vacation- purposely planned to be in Nha Trang and have chosen Gonsala after reading the good reviews of the Hotel. But sad to sad - they had forgotten my birthday date where we stayed 6D5N,
