Clean, comfortable, great beach location, large room. Perfect little beach getaway. Start of the broad walk is close, but restaurants are a little ways down so just plan accordingly. Pool was wonderful. Price was very reasonable. Would stay again.

Room was very clean and as described. Location was perfect with direct beach access (they let you use their chairs & some toys for free) and was walkable to the boardwalk restaurants (about 1 mile one way). The main bed was very comfortable, the pull out sofa was your typical one comfort wise. The shower pressure isn’t the best and the water only gets fairly warm but overall it wasn’t an issue. Overall we would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others!

Hidden Gem with Extraordinary Potential That Deserves a Better Guest Experience This was our third consecutive year staying at this hotel, which says a lot about how much we enjoy the property and everything it has to offer. Honestly, this hotel has extraordinary potential and could easily become one of the best family vacation destinations in the area if all of its strengths were fully embraced. The rooms are somewhat outdated, but that is more than compensated for by something that is increasingly hard to find: exceptional cleanliness. The rooms, bathrooms, linens, and common areas were spotless. The housekeeping staff deserves recognition for maintaining such a high standard throughout the property. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking. The pool area, barbecue facilities, and beautiful surroundings create the perfect setting for making unforgettable family memories. It is the kind of place where you can disconnect from daily stress and focus on what truly matters—spending quality time with the people you love. That is why it was so disappointing to have such a beautiful experience overshadowed by an overly rigid approach from management. I completely understand and respect that rules are necessary. Every property needs guidelines to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. However, true hospitality is about finding a balance between enforcing rules and making guests feel welcome. The unit lacks sufficient utensils for the kitchen. Very few mismatched pots and pans. OK for a few days stay but I wouldn't stay longer.

The place was perfet for family, front desk service was good.

This is definitely a hidden gem. The location is perfect. Close to city life and convenience of beach access and the pool. The room is spacious and it has the necessary items for a short stay. We will definitely be back
