Sucio, descuidado no se parece a nada en las fotos y hay algunas fotos q no corresponden al lugar tiene gradas enormes para subir a los cuartos, el lugar está hecho para q duerman 6 y me apareció como opción para 9 personas. Yo iba en familia adultos mayores y niños y terrible. No hay espacio para nada. El piso de la cocina es un resbaladero así que imposible usarla. Nunca más .el olor terrible tuve q sacar Una de las alfombras al jardín porque estaba muy sucia y con olor a pipi. Los utencios de cocina tenían un chicle pegado con pelos. Me sentí estafada .

The property itself was good, however, they have presented us with misinformation about the location. It is not 5 mins drive from Park Guella, similarly not 6 mins drive from Sagrada Familia, and certainly Passeig de Gràcia is not within 5 mins drive radius. Wasted a lot of money on commute! They had issues with Ants which I checked (because of my toddler) with them through Expedia and they confirmed that it has been addressed , yet I found ants again and have taken pics. For our checkout, I informed them that we can leave at 11am however our rent a car will be delayed, their colleague Luis/Lucas confirmed that I can stay there till 12:30 and that he will add this information on the system. But the cleaning team started banging the door, when I tried explaining to them , they couldn’t understand a word of English. I then explained this to their office who understood but later at 12 they started banging the door again. When asked what is going on they said they have other guests coming in so we have to leave, when enquired why wasn’t I told this last night when I had a chat with Luis/Lucas , their colleague Oscar said we don’t have anyone with that name working here ?! Then I went all the way to their office and spoke to the Indian/Asian guy who was there when I spoke to Luis/Lucas (last night) he apologised when asked why wasn’t all this put on your system as advised , he again said sorry! How ridiculous !

Property was in an area with very limited dining options. Property had a significant ant problem in the kitchen! In arrival there was a €400 bond requirement (not clear on booking) which then took over 2 weeks to be refunded! Would avoid!!

Scam artist that work there. And very rude employees. As soon as it hit 11am the cleaning crew was already inside our apartment. We booked with the intention that we paid in full, then when we arrived they charged us 90 euro for cleaning. Although hotels.com refunded this cleaning money, but to others looking to stay here, don’t
