When you travel to Seoul in the summer, having a washer and dryer is a must. It was wonderful to have both in the unit. Our family of four used them every day. Since this is not an Airbnb, I also had to purchase my own laundry detergent.
The host was very responsive and quickly addressed our requests by phone. There was no instruction on whether I could make local calls. The free wifi was not fast enough for kids playing online games on their phones. FYI, we used a hotspot instead.
Clearer instructions could be available on how to dispose of trash.

The place was spacious and delivered everything we were looking for- 2 queen beds, washer/dryer, and kitchen. Very easy to stay at! The front desk person was kind enough to provide me with laundry detergent as well since the room didn't have any! That made me so happy :)

It’s rare to have a full kitchen and that much space in that location in Seoul. Just minutes to subway. It was very quiet and convenient. Went back for the second time around for the quality.

We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. It is close to foods and Metro. Quiet spot but there are bars close by so you can hear people coming out from drinking.
There isn't any laundry soap so we had to get some. The kitchen is really basic. They do not want you to fully cook so just be aware.
It was a cozy place to stay and would stay here again.

Fantastisk Laundry was really convenient in the kitchen area. Proper fridge with microwave and utensils provided. Big and spacious apartment for putting our luggage and stuff. Convenient stores aplenty in the area plus good restaurants. Overall a good experience!

Very clean and spacious corner suite. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Close to bus and subway. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Laundry machine in the room was efficient. Secret sky rooftop space was an unexpected place to enjoy the night air.

Clean, good size. Only thing is we booked for 5, but technically they only handle 4 adults, so the 15 yo "child" was bigger than they thought. They worried not enough space. It was not an issue. Needed to remind them to replace 5, not 4 towels daily.
