My stay here was amazing! When we arrived we were prepared to leave our luggage and get checked in at 3pm. However, they gave us super early check in complementary. Mohammed was the one helping us and he was super nice, professional, and accommodating. Gave us cookies upon check in also. Cannot say enough great things. Our room was clean, a little small but perfect for 2 people, had everything we needed. The location was great as we were 11 minutes from the train, 20 minutes from LaGuardia airport, and the corner stores that are close to the building were a perk. Great experience, I highly recommend!

Breakfast as advertised as included in our price, kt wasn’t which was not ideal having to spend more money. The house keeping staff where great providing fresh towels everyday, Ali though our body wash wasn’t replaced upon our arrival so we didn’t have any until the next day where we had to ask at reception.

The hotel was clean and was only a 10min walk to the subway, but everything else was not a good experience. The rooms are much smaller than pictured and was nearly impossible for 4 people, the room basically has space for the two beds and that's it. The worst part was the staff, we had an on-going issue of the room below ours having a screaming argument that came through the vents loud and clear, we called front desk and got hung up on multiple times and when we continued to call because we could hear threats being made, they lied and told us they had the guest moved as if we couldn't still hear them. This went on for several hours and even after about 5 calls to the front desk due to safety concerns for the woman in that room, as well as the consistent noise, nothing was done and the manager at check out was less than interested in listening to our concerns.

You do not want to stay here. Horrible area and bed bugs! Our son got bit by many!

In room supplies like coffee creamer etc were very limited. Lights were not dimmable. TV didn’t have screen mirroring option. Overall quite cramped.

Was really happy with hotel overall but some very minor areas could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. But had bed made fresh every day and good coffee in the morning.

Rooms clean & functional, but have adjoining doors to other rooms without insulation. You can hear EVERYTHING. We had our two boys 9 & 11 with us and the 2nd night a man and woman had full on s&x moaning, and screaming extremely inappropriate things and it was as if they were right next to us. We called the front desk and it stopped for a short while. Then restarted. They moved them. Two days later the same thing happened, so they moved us and gave us another room with the same set up, but they worked to ensure it didn't have anyone next to them. The hotel is located on a street in a very industrial/run down area. There were always lots of intoxicated people around the subway. The hotel is newer, but it doesn't offer many amenities and charges the highest amounts for breakfast we've ever seen at any hotel we've ever stayed out - by a lot. The staff was nice and worked hard to address our issues, but they explained there was only so much they could do until a fix for the doors could be done - and none are currently planned. It's a short subway ride to Manhattan - that is about the best part. I've never rated something so low before, and it's not because of the staff. It's the property developer/owner and hotel company that are to blame for the issue and ignoring it. My kids shouldn't have to hear "I want to f- you like I'm a pedo..." when they are trying to sleep. Even if it was without our kids it was not okay. Don't stay here. You can do much better.
