I stayed for one night during the June 2026 heatwave. It was self check in, so no staff on the premises. The building is old, with narrow corridors and stairs. There is no air conditioning. The room I stayed in was like a sauna. I would suggest providing each room with a fan. I stayed in a similar property earlier in the week and the hotel had provided each room with a fan. This is essential in extreme hot weather. I can honestly say this is the worse night I have ever had in a hotel/guest house. They need to prepare for such hot nights. A fan would have been a simple solution.

The guy was nice and helpful , sheets too small for the bed ,comforter had stains,carpet dirty with stains , the shower cubicle very small, the shower itself was terrible could not adjust the shower head , window looking over dirty yard , will not stay again property needs refurbishing .

Great sea view from the room and a smooth, hassle-free check-in with clear instructions. The room and bathroom were clean and communication was easy via chat or phone. The only downside was the shower drain which was slow and could use some maintenance. Overall, a good budget-friendly hotel for families and friends.

I feel like I was catfished because the pictures I now realize are heavily photoshopped. There was black mold in the bathroom, no extractor fan will do that. And the shower head was like something from the early 1900s. Also has the wrong shower controls because every time I moved I nudged the temperature as the shower was so tiny and I couldn't move without touching the walls. I feel royally ripped off.

This hotel as described in the reviews as good clean & helpful staff
Did not see any staff you get into the property through a keyless lock system which worked the bathroom was dirty with mould on the walls & ceiling flaking paint as for the shower it was so minute if you dropped the soap it was a struggle to pick it up so a larger person than myself would struggle the shower head was described as a rain fall well it was not the water came out of the top of the shower head the window had a venetian blind which let in daylight from 5am
buy some black out curtains @ least
