Great location, beautiful hotel, nice moderate gym equipment, hallway smelt nice , bar and dinning room very modern. Not too far far from main area very central but secluded. Loved my stay here perfect

Good service all round.

I loved it. Toilet chair 👍👍👍. Tiles in the showers, slippery. Sink in the hallway 👍. Perfect lighting of the mirror. Good bed, nice pillows and bed linen. Everything nicely renovated. I will come back.

Breakfast is great staff has been amazing

The hotel is very clean, stylish and conveniently located. The only thing that could represent a problem for some guestsis that the entrance is surrounded by bars and night clubs, so if you are going with your kids or wife, you need to be aware of this.

Everything was great and wonderful except the noises from other room's door when they get shut closed, which that is very loud noise specially when you trying to sleep. I was woken up so many times.

Maison was a great stay. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The concierge helped us out so much by calling different places for us, booking massages at other spas and generally helping to sort out things like our luggage. They went above and beyond to help us out and it made a huge difference. The only thing to know is that Maison itself is a gorgeous boutique hotel but it is situated beside Nana Plaza so if that is not the vibe you are looking for then it's something to note. However even though it was beside Nana Plaza the security guards are good at keeping the property clear and it never felt like we were ever being compromised by the party scene. In the mornings the streets are clear and cleaned and it's like no one was ever there. If you walk the way out to the street towards the JW Marriot you can bypass this completely and you can reach the main road/BTS that way.
