The staff were absolutely wonderful, the breakfast is really good with plenty of options. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but we got a drink voucher which was lovely while we waited.

Great hotel. Newly renovated with top quality pool area. Rooms a decent size with tv which connects to wifi for Netflix etc. fridge was cold. Staff very friendly and helpful. Girl at the front selling tours was also good and cheap. Walking distance to the main beach and also the area with hidden beach bar etc. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast and excellent customer service. However, it is not very convenient as it is far from the city centre, and there are not many restaurants nearby.

Staff are super friendly and the hotel is gorgeous, pool is small but I loved it since it's facing a beautiful forest scene. Definitely recommended. Price is excellent best deal I found.

Great family hotel room in a lovely hotel with good breakfast,clean pool and excellent location to the beach. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Langkawi

Lovely hotel and even lovelier staff. The room was clean, the hotel is in good location, walking distance to beach and main shopping area. The best thing about this place is the staff, they were all really friendly and always in a great mood. It was a pleasure staying here.

Nice hotel on a walking distance to Patai Cenang and Patai Tenang. Patai Tenang beach is 5 mniutes walk and it is a better and quiter beach than Patai Cenang. People at the hotel are very kind and breakfast is very good.

Our second visit to the Bayou hotel was just as good as the first. The staff were incredibly welcoming and again we were given vouchers for free welcome drinks. This time our room was larger and just as clean and well equipped. There is a basket of snacks and treats in each room, all free.

From large rooms with family-friendly features to standard rooms that are minimally furnished to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. An art in this room and a statement wall in the other room. And, we have a serene view overlooking a vast green landscape. Matching the rooms to nature, we focus on a neutral palette with texture and clean lines over pops of pink and green, creating a calming feel that is quite restful for our guests. Unlike most hidden gems in Langkawi that are found by chance, The Bayou Hotel is close to Pantai Cenang but also set away far enough from its hustle and bustle.
