Location was good but cleanliness is in question. Room smells like sewages Little cockroaches crawling all over TV not working in one of the unit I booked Only 1 sets of keys Do not provide: Tooth brush and tooth paste. Good for budget travellers.

Host demanded a deposit that was three times the amount of the stay in cash which I did not have, nor was it mentioned on the listing. Sheets dirty, no wifi or internet at all and the lifts in the building are awful. Stay somewhere else

The contact give from hotel.com and actual owner contact is different. Need to update. Clearance is ok but can be better. Location is very good.

Convenient, walking distance to Pavilion, Imbi Stn. Berjaya Time Square, Shops, 7/11. Check-in would be better communicated.

i had a terrible check in experience. the mobile number given in Hotels.com claimed that they do not have any bookings (even though, i whatsapp the contact, given them the receipt prior my arrival). then out of a sudden, the right guy came up and sorted out the mess. this service apartment/condo is owned by many, who employs staff to manage (eg check in) their place.
