The best part of this hotel is that it's right inside the airport so we didn't have to worry about catching early flights.

Although we enjoyed the convenience of the location and found the property to be very clean, we feel the hotel could do a better job of communicating more prior to check-in. We spent a very long time searching for the hotel and none of the airport personnel knew where the hotel was located. Once we contacted the hotel, they sent a lengthy message with complicated directions to the hotel which included leaving the secure zone. We had to discard items we had purchased in duty free since we had to re-enter through security. Had we been told the hotel was outside of security, we would not have purchased these items.

Was never going to be comfortable like a regular hotel. But with an early flight I stayed nite before rather than stress about the extra time needed to get to airport from Taipei City.

So easy to get to even if you arrive in the other airport Terminal. Staff are very efficient and friendly. The capsule room was comfortable and quiet. Food court just outside the hotel too.
