The front desk staff really needs customer service training. They are not friendly at all and act as if you are bothering them. When I checked in the girl was not helpful at all. She did not provide any assistance or information about the property whatsoever. I had to ask for directions to the elevators to get to my room. I get to the room number that I was given and written on the key pocket and was not able to enter. A lovely lady with the house staff saw me in distress and asked how could she help. I explained what was going on. She looked into it and found that I had been given the incorrect room number. She had it corrected and took me over to the correct room. I wish I had gotten her name. She really changed everything for the better and is a true gem to the company.

This hotel is definitely Fancy 10/10 My issue was house keeping theming to still enter my room with a privacy sign up! That was very frustrating

Hotel is nice and clean, but it doesn't have much character. There are limited food options especially during the week and what they have is very expensive and underwhelming. $10 for a regular bottle of water is ridiculous . Price gouging at every corner. It's too far from all the activity on the strip so you're taking cabs or stuck with what they have at the hotel. If you're ok with a relatively boring hotel with mediocre overpriced food & drinks, it's not the worst. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but nothing else about it makes me want to return.
