Flott We booked here just to sleep for one night as we had an overnight layover in Osaka before our longhaul flight the next day. We wanted to see a bit of the city before departing, and this hotel was conveniently close to Osaka Station (were we took the shuttle bus to the airport) just a 5 min. walk away. The station itself has a shopping centre and a restaurant floor and it is also surrounded by lots of other businesses and izakaya. Great location for someone who is just staying for a night. The hotel itself is small and dark but the staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Our room was good sized with a double bed, an en-suite, tv and mini fridge. Overall clean and tidy, with all the amenities and slippers available. It was just what we needed on our last day in Japan, a great goodnight's rest.

Fantastisk It's a nice hotel but a little bit far from the public transport - approximately 15 minutes by walking.
Everything in the hotel is just fine and I suspect the whole chain LiVEMAX is a very good chain of hotels in different Japanese cities.
