A beautiful surprise in amongst the Old Town. Lovely room with fantastic amenities. Staff brilliantly helpful.

We enjoyed our stay food was good.

We had a good stay at Hotel Palau Fugit, but instead of the room I booked (courtyard facing with patio) we were assigned a front facing room with balcony. It was a nice room, so I decided not to insist on a change. However… noisy revellers in the street outside until the early hours didn’t make for a peaceful night’s sleep. If you’re considering this place I’d definitely insist on a rear courtyard room. Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was very good. The sofa in our room didn’t face the TV, which was odd as this meant only one person could view it (we didn’t fancy rearranging the room). My husband had tapas from room service, which he said were excellent. We didn’t use the pool as it was very small and unheated - but would be a bonus in the height of summer. We used the hotel’s parking service which was in a covered car park 10 minutes’ walk away. All in all, a pleasant stay marred only by the room switch and noise.

Excellent stay at an incredible property. The service was fantastic, room comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect. We will stay again.

The hotel is lovely. Great location. But their reservations system got hacked and two credit cards of mine got compromised as a result. I alerted them to the problem and it caused me a lot of grief. Yet when we arrived they apologized but offered no recompense for the travails this caused me. Nothing. Not so much as a free drink.

it’s a good hotel but definitely not a luxury stay as they intitule themselves

Spent two November nights in Girona and found Palau Fugit to be just right. Impeccably taste for place at a great location. The stones throw to someone the best restaurants in town fabulous breakfast and friendly stuff room was very comfortable and more than we could wish for.

Everything was excellent

Loved this hotel. Lovely room with lots of character and friendly, helpful staff! Conveniently located in the heart of Barrí Vell !

Breakfast was fabulous!! 3 tiered treats served on stunning china! We felt like royalty!
