Shower water goes all over the CR floor. Barely any hot water.

Where do I begin?? Check in process was seamless and very simple, ‘cause the staff was ready for us. Hotel location, does not have any noticeable signage in the front, so you really have to look for entrance! At Check-in we asked about some extra towels for the room, and was advised there is a fee !!!😬 Next, the room, was clean and neat, but super dated!! Like from 1980. Walking in, it all appears well, but hit the fan switch, and you immediately hear the sound of a wobbling spinning noise above your head!! The whole unit just gives sound and wobble!! We shout it off immediately! Next, the TV the pics on screen was fuzzy and sound was difficult to control by one press of the button. the remote controls didn’t work, and you have to play with all the buttons to see what works or not. Thank goodness we didn’t care for that. No hand towels/ and bathroom paper towels. They added later at cleaning! The plumbing-One lift of the bathroom lever to open the tap, and you then hear the loudest sound of a high pitched sound, signaling the water is flowing!! In the night it’s worst, and we are sure we woke a few other guests during our regular night usage. Bed and lining was ok. The mattress was soft but worn once you lay on it and the boxed mattress was old and discolored if you lift the sheets and checked. The bathroom, had no working exhaust vents, so the mirror was fogged each time we showed. Last,The checkout was quick and simple and probably will never stay there again.

The room is clean. What stand out is it's cental location. Close to Burnham park, city market and lots of eating places close by.

It’s in the heart of Baguio. Can’t beat the location and service.

The staff is friendly. Issues about the tv and the key pass were quickly resolved. The location is perfect for me. It is very near Burnham Park, jeepneys to La Trinidad, Good Taste Restaurant, Mc Donald’s, and walking distance to the market and Session Road. I thought it is generally clean and had no gut issue after brushing my teeth with the water from the faucet. I was afraid at first due to an experience at another hotel but so far so good. During my second stay (rebooked another room), I saw two small cockroaches running on the sink. In my honest opinion, kindly apply bug spray every now and then to avoid multiplication of such. Im am not deterred by this but if the hotel gets infested, guests, including myself, might think otherwise. I will definitely stay in this hotel again considering its location and staff. Hopefully bug isdues will be kept at bay. Thank you for peaceful nights and secure entry into the hotel.

The hotel water system has an issue. Water pressure is not stable.

Rooms weren't soundproof. Constant noise from hallway kept me up all night.

It really is a basic room- no table had to ask for an additional chair to put our luggage on . Lots of mold in room and washroom. Lots of time we had no hot water for a shower or little water at all! Had an ingestion of small ants! Even were in/on bed - they do bite! Was VERY different from photos!asked to additional pillow and wee charged for the use for 9 days! No room phone so if you need anything you have to go downstairs to reception. But it was in the middle of markets restaurants and SM mall - just wished it was better cared for!

Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room. They let someone have access to my room after I was checked in. Thankfully I was inside the room- who knows what that old lady would have done. My privacy and safety was at risk. I spoke to the team leader and apologized and spoke to his staff.
