Wonderful boutique hotel set back off the street. The room is gorgeous with premium bedding, great a/c and one of the best showers I have ever used. Water pressure is not a problem here. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely and quiet hotel in the inner part of Sofia. The room was comfortable and well appointed; the air conditioning was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I particularly appreciated that they get your breakfast order and prepare it for a given time; as I walked in to the lovely breakfast area, my breakfast was waiting for me. They also brought a freshly baked, warm croissant, and delivered my tea so it was piping hot. The location is great, convenient to everything in the center. I also noticed that the neighborhood has a lot of stores that have both Bulgarian and English on their storefronts. That is often not the case even in the touristy areas of Sofia, so it's another plus for this hotel. Definitely recommend.

Very kind staff, helps from the heart and makes one feel at home. The hotel is very close to center, and to subway and bus stops. Thanks to especially Alessia, with her kindness in supporting us to our journey back to the airport.

Incredibly nice and welcoming staff, even being willing to have breakfast ready in time for a very early flight the next morning. Good room and a very convenient location, but the service is what shines through and puts this hotel far above the rest.

The hotel is great. The rooms were very nice and clean. Hotel staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. The location is great. There is metro station just down the street. Most places in central part of town are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Sofia.
