What can I say other than WOW! I booked this as a last-minute trip to join friends out there. From the moment I booked, they were attentive and wanted to be of assistance wherever they could. Once you arrive, you are greeted by the most friendly, welcoming, and attentive porter/doorman. He couldn’t go further for you if he tried, and whilst always with a smile and friendly demeanour. The check-in staff made the whole experience of checking in smooth and quick. They give you every bit of advice and information you need for your trip and are there to assist. The only thing I would pick is that to get ice to the room is impossible, and after checking out, I found out that to actually get it, you have to pay, which shocked me even as a Brit. Other than that, the room facilities/features, rooftop bar, spa, and being only a 75-room hotel, you feel like you’re at home but better! I have been mentioning this hotel to friends and family to come visit, but for sure, I will be staying with you again many more times.

This hotel was lovely! My room was clean and quiet, staff were friendly, and the location was wonderful. I was able to walk everywhere and explore Lisbon during my stay. I will definitely be back!

It was a very nice hotel centrally located, and the staff was extremely friendly. And reasonably priced.

Our stay was just AMAZING!! From the beginning to the end, everyone from front desk to the restaurant upstairs was just great, front desk made us feel really special with very nice attention, thank you all so much for making our stay so special !

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any hotel throughout all of my travels. The room was very clean and the hotel had every amenity needed and more. The thing that made our stay above and beyond was the staff, everyone was so kind, helpful and shared so much knowledge of Lisbon. Thank you so much for making our stay at Lisboa Pessoa so personal and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We only had a short stay but the staff at front desk and in the restaurant/bar were very nice and accommodating. Enjoyed the free drink on the rooftop bar and ended up also eating some tapas there—very good. They arranged private transfer to airport for only 30 Euros—he was on time helpful with luggage. I wish we could have tried breakfast but our flight was too early. Great location in the city. Highly recommend.

Immaculately clean room, well maintained hotel and spa. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast buffet is excellent. View from the restaurant is gorgeous. My only suggestion would be to allow hotel guests to charge meals/drinks to the room when at the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient, I walked everywhere. It was a nice blend of local/tourist.

I had a lovely stay at this property. I loved the friendly staff, the room was cool and clean, and it had a lovely balcony. My massage at the spa was delightful and the rooftop was gorgeous. Highly recommend.
