Room was great for me. Parking was secure All staff were over the top helpful and nice. No strange smells. Overly impressed with this place. And NO, I am not related to anyone here, not do I work here.

The staff went out of there way to make us comfortable after having several cancelled airline flights and lost luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visit the Bronx

Breakfast was AWESOME. Good quality food & good variety. Located 15min walk from Yankee stadium and on site secure parking(w/very reasonable fee) the best part was the staff every single one of them communicate well and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and they are super helpful. THANK YOU Highbridge for the great stay!!! Highly recommend you stay here especially if you’re going to see the Yankees!

Hôtel bien situé et proche de la sortie de métro 167 St. En sortant du métro, les rues ne sont pas très propres mais en se rapprochant de l'hôtel, c'est très bien. Accueil et équipe serviable et sympathique.Bon petit déjeuner. Clim assez bruyante. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

Not a USB or USB-C port in sight. Had to leave a charge bank at the front desk to charge. At least have wall block usb ports to hand out if needed. Clean breakfast. Good coffee. Weird smell on entry, in the elevator, and again in the hallway on floor 2 Most things clean and inviting.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and would shut off. We we arrived maintenance was working on an air conditioning unit of another room near ours. Came back from dinner and they were working on another unit. After an hour in our room our unit started. We just turned it off and let it go The hotel was booked what else could we do. The staff could not care about anything. If you asked a question it was if you bothered them. I paid for my car and I never got to use my assigned spot. When I returned from dinner had to call and wait for door to be raised and there were two men working the desk The breakfast was a joke. Both occupants had to be present to eat and time limited to 30 mins Kitchen and service area dirty and very limited. One type of coffee regular no decaf. You should stop by and see for yourself it is a mess

Staff and AC were great.

The hotel is nice for where it is. Let’s be honest, it’s in the Bronx and really the only reason to stay here is if you’re going to a Yankees game. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. Not a ton of parking available. I would stay here again- only if I was going to another game. Other than that, I would not stay. Nothing for families nearby or walkable, which is fine.

Very clean. Courteous helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very convenient Yankee Stadium and Subway station. Fast food options within walking distance.
