Under gjennomsnittet Worst checkin experience ever. Called for 2 hours to get them to open the doors so I can get the "key" that is inside when they remotely unlock the door when you let them know you have arrived. Ever heard of a coded entry lock. Would have been nice to know this procedure 48 hours advance and make proper plans. A stupid chat bot answers your call and puts you in a looping hold for 3o minutes before eventually sending you to a voicemail box that you never get a call back from. There is only one key so you cannot split up because you have to make plans to meet and open the door. Real pain. We had to go stay in a hotel for the night.
No air conditioning. Crappy old fans that are falling apart, SOUNDs like a helicopter taking off. One of them actually broke off because it vibrated so much. They charged me for it. Of course they did because their customer service sucks. Out of touch.
Amenities were good, but cheap. Maybe 5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms for an 8 day stay. Do the math.
Would never stay here again. GLOBAL STAYAWAY is what I call it.
Some follow up would have been nice after being locked out. Not a single call. Zero. What do you expect when they ar ensuing garbage AI that can't even get your name right.

Under gjennomsnittet Do not rent from this company! It is a scam! They ask you to pay upfront and then when you arrive they refuse to give you check in instructions or even tell you which unit you e booked. I called their number and they kept hanging up on me. They sent me a form to fill out and it was impossible to submit it without errors. When I called hotels.com for help, they likewise were unable to get in touch with this company / rental.
Eventually I had to rent another place for the night. Now they’re refusing to refund my money.
Horrible customer service at best, complete fraud perhaps more likely.

Bel emplacement et bien situé. La communication est très difficile avec l’hôte, mais une fois que nous avons réussi, le reste du séjour s’est bien passé. Pas d’air climatisé malgré ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif

This property was clean., Had everything we needed. We did not know it was a basement unit. They say units have a terrace. It is a concrete slab below grade and you’d have to sit on the concrete as there are no chairs. Check in was terrible (hard to find) and without a hotel lock the door can be unlocked remotely while you are in the unit.

Under gjennomsnittet We couldn't even get into the unit. We had to cancel. No communication from anyone. A Note saying we would get confirmation with in 72 hrs
We only booked it 24 hrs ahead.
We ended up crashing in a floor at neighbour's.

What a terrible check in process
After paying on HOTELS
I later received a form asking for pic id and selfie with id , age , reason for stay, pets, number of people staying.
Once accepted had to call global stays 30 minutes on hold to find out where unit was, then be told have to now receive security deposit link first. Done, wait 20 minutes on hold to get location and door code. Get to unit have to call again wait 20 minutes on hold as there is no door code but agent has to remotely let you in for key. I have booked through HOTELS before and never had check-in issues before. Save time book a hotel room or if it says GLOBAL STAYS say to yourself NO STAY

Most suited for 1 person accommodation who doesn't mind a basement suite.
Very CLEAN and QUIET. Nice kitchen.
Lacked adequate bathroom towel hooks/bars for 2 persons; 1 SMALL TV, no bedroom mirror. First time virtual check-in, next time will be smoother. Overall it worked for our stay close to our event. 3☆/5.
