Fantastisk
Great stay and the hotel, staff were very attentive and the hotel was close to everything on the Quay. Fantastic room view, comfortable and clean rooms. Would definitely recommend for anyone attending an event nearby.

For a hotel costing over $400 per night, plus an additional $40 for underground parking, we were very disappointed with our stay. The room did not include complimentary bottled water or an in-room coffee maker. Coffee was only available in the lobby, where it was often cold and the area was frequently unattended. While the location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and the marina, the hotel itself felt dated and poorly maintained. The hallways showed signs of age and rust, smell and the room and bathroom fixtures were old and worn. Overall, this hotel did not provide the level of quality or service we expected for the price. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our experience and would not consider staying here again unless significant improvements are made.

Location was awesome. With the food market and surrounding pub/restaurants close to the hotel as well as the seabus all right there made Our stay very enjoyable.

I enjoyed my stay, old facility but soon to be remodeled, great staff really helpful, best location in N Vancouver and fantastic food option right there, my room had a very nice bay view, i really enjoyed King Taps bar right outside the hotel, i will come back for sure
