Fint 3 stjerner hotel. Ok rent. Rigtig god service. Men ekstrem meget larm. Ekstrem tynde døre, ekstrem dårlig lydisolering. Vi kunne knap nok sove om natten pga larm. Så vi vælger desværre aldrig dette hotel igen.

The staff at Hotel Cigales was extremely helpful and the best part of the stay. Specifically, Sebastian was a huge help for various questions. He was the best part of the stay. I write the rest as a person who stays 100 nights a year in hotels for my career. The room was dark, dreary and poorly designed. It functioned fine for 1 person, but we were a family trying to stay organized. Lighting throughout was terrible. I slept on a very hard bed, and would catch my arm on an electrical wire that extended floor to ceiling for a poorly-designed light where a nightstand should be. We asked for extra pillows twice, and were told none was available. So we each got 1 flat pillow. So in the end, I was not happy with our stay at Hotel Cigales.

The hotel is in a great area, just a few blocks from the beach promenade and also the old town. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was nice & clean and perfect for our stay in Nice. I can see why Rick Steves recommends this place.

Staff were very friendly, room was small but comfortable. My room location was right next to the lobby so was not as quiet as maybe it would be on a different floor.
