The hotel is located within 5min walk from the Taipei Train Stations and is super close to one of the subway exits. It has a good selection of restaurants and convenient stores (711 and Family Mart) right next to it. The location can't be more convenient - there is even signs for it in the subway station. Clearly it's been around for many years - which can be told from the furniture and the size of the room, but the room is clean. The facilities are maintained well and functional - and very traveller friendly. I was under the weather during my stay in Taiwan so I appreciate that I could turn off the AC so I don't get another cold. The hotel lobby even has a tiny postbox for one to drop off letters/postcards, which is lovely. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

I like the convenience of this place . The breakfast was great and i was able to have hot and filling food in a very wet weather. The hotel is diffcult to book as alot of tourists and locals will book this place

I like the fact that our floors cleaning crew were very nice and had smiles on every time they see us. I also like the fact that they provided us for a new towels everyday. The walls and windows could use more detailed cleaning the breakfast which they provide for their guest was the star of the show and helped us a lot, especially on very tiresome mornings. However, with all those a noted, the fact that getting to and from Taipei Main station is the key to this hotel.

Location at Taipei main station. Many shops and shopping. Very nice and helpful staffs. Great breakfast and has snacks at 3-4.30pm for guests and complimentary welcome drink. Gift shop sells Chia Te pineapple cakes.

Good : Helpful staff, clean room, centrally located and 5 minutes walk to Taipei Main Station and malls. Needs improvement: room 1007. - water keeps leaking into the toilet that flush itself. Sometimes, we can not flush the toilet due to the water tank is not full for flushing. We had reported the problem to the staff to fix the toilet but the problem is still there. The air conditioning takes long time to cool the room. The plumbing makes sound during our stay there for 3 nights that disturbs sleeps.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Taipei Main Station. Simply follow M8 to M3 and you will arrive at the hotel with ease. The staff are helpful and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast also adds great value to the overall experience.
