Staff was warm welcoming and wonderful, playarea and pool was definitely a delight. Highly recommend with kids. The breakfast buffet had a variety of local and continental.

Property is in need of some maintenance, with many aspects of the property having items damaged or not working, however the staff made up for this. Great place to visit. Would recommend for families

Overall the stay was good. If you are looking for a family oriented hotel but this offered activities and amenities geared towards young families. The resort felt outdated. There was a few times when there was no water but the hotel did try and solve the concern immediately. I found the AC in the rooms were too strong so either you had it on and were cold or had it off and then eventually became too warm. The staff is very friendly.

Lovely hotel, good warm welcome from the lovely laid on reception and everyone was so helpful. Nice touch the luggage being taken to the room after a long day. Maybe the slide safety needs looking at as we are 20 something and went flying!! Really relaxing start to our trip. We will be back to stay again.

The service was very poor took 3 days for room service to come fix a the two TV that was not working and even then when they finally did replace them they did not tune them or connect them to the setbox. After 7 complaints I gave up I found trhe service very very poor for the price we paid for the rooms
